This is the story of two entrepreneurs looking to bring something amazing and new to the mobile food industry by putting a 5 star restaurant restaurant on wheels. Here’s the thing, anyone can put a food truck in front of a bar at night and that’s all well and good, but it’s very rare that an experience is engineered from product, to truck, to customer experience so it blows your sight, smell and taste out of the water. To where a CEO is attracted to the truck rather than his usual watering hole.
An experience that rewires your brain to what you thought a food truck was all about. Gourmet, hand-crafted, mouth watering and addicting cuisine that you can take with you. No matter if you’re on the go or not we at Chef’s Table have your back.
Back let me back up here real quick, there are a couple phrases that really set this vision in motion. The first was, “you can’t put a price on living with yourself”. I’ve been in entrepreneurship, hospitality and customer service since 2004. My partner Ryan has been a Chef from aspiring to executive since he was born. There was no better time than setting up an exceptional experience for our families, community, customers and potential friends. A time to put thought, care, support and love on the table. And a time to learn as quickly as possible what works and what doesn’t.
And the second was the phrase my dad passed to me when he passed, which was, don’t let your mind get in the way of what you can accomplish. So with that in mind we are pushing ourselves beyond what we thought was possible. A truck to make a fantastic experience for the chef and employees, an ambience that gets your attention and a product that over delivers.
